What You�ll Do
As Community Manager, you�ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team to achieve operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency
- Ensure strong resident satisfaction and customer service
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
- Oversee vendor relationships, compliance, and reporting
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize performance
What We�re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with leasing, resident relations, collections, and financial performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Entrata experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
