We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Western Germany, with a place of residence within a maximum travel distance of 1.5–2 hours from Mainhausen, where the showroom is located.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales development and customer management within a defined region and customer portfolio. In close collaboration with the Head of Sales, you will strengthen customer relationships, grow market share, and further establish Fjällräven as a leading premium outdoor brand in the region.

You will manage regional sales activities in line with company strategies and sales targets, while supporting seasonal merchandising and trade marketing initiatives in stores. The role also includes product trainings, customer promotions, sales planning, and budget management.

Working closely with Customer Service and Marketing, you will act as an important link between departments and retail partners. Living within the region, you bring strong market knowledge and maintain close contact with customers.

The Regional Sales Manager will use the showroom located in Mainhausen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will:

• Drive sales and support sell-through within your accounts

• Increase market share and strengthen Fjällräven’s premium market position

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Manage sales planning, forecasting, and target follow-up

• Support inventory planning and stock management

• Coordinate and execute regional marketing and sales activities

• Manage the allocated regional budget

• Monitor market developments and competitor activities

• Follow up on payment terms and account-related topics

• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Negotiate contracts in alignment with the Head of Sales

WHO YOU ARE.

We believe you bring solid sales experience and a genuine passion for the outdoors and sustainable brands. You have completed commercial vocational training and understand the outdoor or apparel industry.

To succeed in this role, you are structured, proactive, and able to work independently while taking ownership of your region and results.

You:

• Have previous experience within the apparel or outdoor industry

• Have a strong commercial mindset and drive business forward

• Know how to prioritize, identify opportunities, and solve problems

• Have strong negotiation and communication skills

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

• Have strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
