Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions that align with customer opportunities and requirements.
- Proactively establish and nurture relationships with customers to serve as a trusted solution advisor.
- Drive the creation of winning solution products by engaging and collaborating with cross-domain stakeholders and team members.
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging enterprise business market.
- Participate in requirement-gathering meetings with customers and sales representatives to ensure accurate solution design.
- Develop, design, document, and deliver scopes of work, cost/ hour estimates, and professional proposals tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Support the Product team in developing comprehensive product plans and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Account Management representatives to finalize and present sales proposals in a manner suited to the target audience.
- Manage pre-sales cases and provide timely updates to stakeholders, including coordinating bills of materials with Solution Architects and partner/ solution integrators.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of CelcomDigi Business product offerings, including their functions and applications.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, trends, standards, and products to stay ahead in the market.
- Work closely with Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure the seamless implementation of developed solutions.
- Create and deliver training materials to upskill Sales representatives and enhance organizational capabilities.
