About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include: Drive DevOps Adoption: Ensure the adoption of DevOps practices, continuous improvement, and performance metrics. Provide coaching and professional development initiatives to align resources to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant services, ensuring a positive customer experience. Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise in product development and platform solution design. Work across product teams as part of the discovery process to foster a culture of collaboration and ensure optimum service delivery. Process Implementation: Design through consultation and implement approved processes (document and train). Lifecycle Management: Build, fine-tune, and manage the software development lifecycle framework. Apply best practice methodologies and industry-recognized standards to improve the quality, security, and reuse of platform products and reduce operational risk. Framework Integration: Integrate, consolidate, standardize, and automate the framework in close collaboration with development teams to deliver high-quality services. Discovery Participation: Initiate or participate in the discovery process with cross-functional product teams to ensure optimal service delivery. Strategic Partnership: Partner with colleagues and key stakeholders on strategy and vision to develop, establish, and maintain fit-for-purpose digital services to deliver valuable solutions for customers. About You - To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive DevOps Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in DevOps technologies, including automation development, build and support of CI/CD pipeline, orchestration, microservices or containers, and observability stacks. Frameworks and Compliance: More than 2 years of immersed experience adopting ISO27001, ACSC Essential 8 Maturity Model, NIST, CIS, and PCI-DSS frameworks. Infrastructure Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in infrastructure coding, CDK or Terraform. Methodologies: Deep familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks. Communication Skills: Matured communication skills across all levels of the organization. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with a team of software and hardware engineers from different disciplines as well as business analysts; capable of working under high pressure and tight timeframes. Flexibility: Willingness to work outside business hours to deliver business functionalities. Learning and Teamwork: A reliable and fast learner who is an excellent team player. SAFe experience.
