Job Purposes
Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of human resource as a business partner to provide professional HR advice and support to the management of support functions, including managing the coordination and collaboration in the organization, to support the daily operations effectively aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement directions to provide professional and strategic consultancy and advisory of HR functions to staffs and management line in business units, as well as providing performance management guidance to management line
- Monitor and manage the coordination and collaboration in all HR functions for the staffs and management line in business units to support the operation of the organization
- Plan and monitor manpower for business units, and manage relationship improvement within the organization
- Coordinate with cross-functional team from Human Resources Corporate to handle related challenges of own responsible business unit
- Monitor making summary reports of overall human resource business partner operations to propose to the direct supervisor
- Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
- Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Understand human resource management
- Have strong Thai and English communication skills
- Have good skill in management
- Have good human relations
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
