Supports the execution of product launch training strategies, delivery timelines, resources, and instructor readiness.
Provides training during Instructor and Assessor Qualification Workshop (IQW) programs.
Works closely with supervisor in program development of training manuals to aid instructors/assessors and members of the management team with adherence to processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with I-CAR Staff to implement strategic initiatives.
Responsible for achieving established goals.
Reviews training metrics and feedback data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Identifies and supports opportunities to improve business processes and actively participates in related efforts.
Effectively deliver remote program training and maintain engagement through virtual collaboration tools.
Assists in delivery of Welding, Hands-On and In-Shop Knowledge Assessment events.
