2–5 years of I&C engineering experience, or equivalent.
Solid working knowledge of I&C design methods, tools, and regulatory requirements.
Produces clear technical documents and design deliverables with minimal editing.
Communicates effectively with team members and contributes to meetings.
Demonstrates sound judgment on routine engineering problems with supervision.
Organizes workload to meet deadlines; beginning to prioritize tasks independently.
Adapts to changing project requirements and environments.
Collaborates well in multi-disciplinary teams.
