Financial Reporting & Compliance

1. Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
2. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies
3. Coordinate audits (internal and external)

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

1. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (material, labor, overhead) & maintain costing for offering process
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies
3. Support pricing and margin improvement initiatives

Budgeting & Forecasting

1. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
2. Track performance against budgets and explain variances
3. Provide forward-looking financial insights

Inventory & Working Capital Management

1. Oversee inventory valuation and control processes
2. Ensure accurate stock accounting and minimize write-offs
3. Optimize working capital through effective monitoring

Internal Controls & Risk Management

1. Maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks
2. Identify and mitigate financial risks
3. Ensure proper documentation and audit trails

Business Partnering

1. Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and management teams
2. Support decision-making with financial analysis
3. Drive financial awareness within non-finance teams

 

1. Educational background: degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
2. Professional experience: at least 2-5 years in finance roles with solid exposure to financial reporting, controlling and preferably experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Technical skills: knowledge of accounting standards (Polish & US), advanced Excel experience, SAP ERP system experience, expertise in cost accounting and inventory valuation, strong analytical and data interpretation skills
4. Business acumen: ability to understand operational processes and translate financial data into actionable business insights
5. Leadership & Communication: proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions and influence decision-making
6. Attention to detail & integrity: ensure high-quality reporting and strong internal controls
