Legacybox is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative engine behind our paid social growth, with a primary focus on Meta. This role owns creative strategy end-to-end, including concept development, briefing, testing, iteration, performance analysis, and scaling what works across channels.
This is a highly hands-on role designed for someone who understands how to turn customer insight into high-performing creative at scale. You will partner closely with performance marketing, creative, and creator teams to build campaigns that drive measurable business growth while telling emotionally compelling stories.

Responsibilities of the Creative Strategist:
- Lead the weekly Meta creative process from ideation through testing and iteration
- Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, scripts, headlines, and briefs
- Manage and direct creative production across designers, editors, and creator partners
- Build and scale UGC creator partnerships and content workflows
- Translate customer insights, reviews, CX feedback, and social trends into creative strategy
- Analyze performance data and identify patterns that inform future creative direction
- Extend winning Meta creative into lifecycle marketing, web, YouTube, CTV, and other channels as needed
- Build systems for tracking creative testing, learnings, and performance trends
- Lead larger seasonal campaigns and concept-driven marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with performance media buying to align creative strategy with spend and acquisition goals
- Maintain awareness of current DTC creative trends and platform best practices
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Reviewing Meta ad performance and identifying creative opportunities
- Writing or refining hooks, scripts, and ad concepts
- Briefing designers, editors, and creators on upcoming campaigns
- Reviewing UGC submissions and providing feedback
- Analyzing customer feedback, comments, and reviews for messaging insights
- Launching and tracking creative tests across paid channels
- Collaborating with performance marketing on scaling successful campaigns
- Planning upcoming campaigns, seasonal launches, and testing priorities
You’ll Likely Do Well in This Role If You’ve Previously:
- Led creative strategy for a DTC brand scaling through Meta advertising
- Managed designers, editors, or creator partnerships in a high-volume creative environment
- Built systems for creative testing and performance optimization
- Written direct-response copy, ad scripts, headlines, or conversion-focused creative
- Worked closely with paid media buyers to optimize campaign performance
- Extended paid social creative across multiple acquisition or retention channels

Technical Experience Preferred:

- Experience extending creative systems into YouTube, CTV, or other paid social channels
- Hands-on experience working with UGC creators and creator sourcing workflows
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused creative strategy
- Experience in emotionally driven DTC categories such as gifting, family, wellness, or memory preservation is a plus
