Legacybox is looking for a Production Designer to help bring our creative campaigns to life across Meta, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle marketing, and web. This role focuses on producing high-quality performance creative at scale while maintaining strong brand consistency and execution standards.

You will work closely with the Creative Strategist and Principal Brand Designer to execute concepts, iterate quickly on winning creative, and support the high-volume creative engine that powers Legacybox marketing.

Responsibilities of the Production Designer:

  • Produce high volumes of creative assets across static, motion, carousel, GIF, web, and lifecycle formats
  • Turn creative briefs into polished, performance-focused deliverables
  • Rapidly iterate on winning concepts and produce variations for testing
  • Adapt campaigns and creative concepts across multiple channels and formats
  • Maintain and organize templates, design systems, and reusable components
  • Ensure all assets meet brand standards, export specifications, and platform requirements
  • Perform quality assurance on design work before launch
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to improve creative performance
  • Support ongoing creative testing initiatives and campaign rollouts
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that improve overall creative quality and workflow efficiency

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

  • Designing and exporting creative assets for paid social campaigns
  • Iterating on top-performing ads with new hooks, formats, and messaging angles
  • Adapting creative across Meta, YouTube, email, and web placements
  • Reviewing briefs and collaborating with the Creative Strategist on execution priorities
  • Managing design files, templates, and production workflows
  • Reviewing performance feedback and applying learnings to future creative projects
  • Troubleshooting formatting, export, or asset issues before launch
  • Supporting multiple campaigns and creative priorities simultaneously

You’ll Likely Do Well in This Role If You’ve Previously:

  • Worked in a high-volume DTC or performance marketing creative environment
  • Produced creative assets for Meta, YouTube, web, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Managed multiple projects and rapid iteration cycles simultaneously
  • Designed static, motion, and digital creatives across multiple formats
  • Worked within established brand systems while maintaining creative flexibility
  • Collaborated closely with marketing, creative strategy, or paid media teams

Technical Experience Preferred:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Advanced experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Experience designing paid social creative for Meta and other digital platforms
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and digital asset production workflows
  • Understanding of creative testing environments and performance marketing systems
  • Experience within emotionally driven DTC categories is a plus
