Windows USA is actively hiring highly motivated and energetic Appointment Agents who have a passion for people. To carry out this role, the Appointment Agent candidate needs exemplary interpersonal skills to pitch our program, overcome objections, and close deals.
The Appointment Agent is an outbound call center position responsible for contacting, qualifying, and setting in-home appointments for our sales organization. This individual will reach out to potential customers by phone. This position will also be responsible for data entry and maintaining the integrity of customer data.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate communications with a consumer base awaiting estimates on our window and door products.
- Coordinate appointment times with the consumers based on geographies and availability of representative schedules in the respective areas throughout the country.
- Appointment Agents must be organized and able to multitask while handling multiple calls.
- Clearly communicate (talk fast, shift quick) with the perseverance to continuously make phone calls while collaborating in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Experience: Sales and Marketing or Call Center Experience, 1 year preferred
