JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, is responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving staffing requisitions, posting job openings, proactively sourcing and screening candidates, recommending top talent, extending job offers, and ensuring timely and accurate candidate dispositioning. This role plays a critical part in attracting and hiring high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in recruiting within an assigned territory, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Review resumes, conduct candidate interviews (phone and in-person), and administer relevant assessments to evaluate qualifications.
- Manage the internal transfer process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparation of transfer offer letters.
- Deliver employment offers for exempt and non-exempt roles, clearly communicating key employment details such as compensation, benefits, relocation packages, and non-compete agreements.
- Develop and publish compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support the applicant tracking system (ATS) by managing candidate flow, providing training to hiring managers, and troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and external candidates regarding pre-screening, onboarding, internal transfers, and job postings.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within HR and Talent Acquisition operations.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
- Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
