Job Description
Description
This role sits at the center of GRS transformation, driving the change strategy that enables our highest-priority programs to deliver measurable business outcomes. It connects strategy to execution by shaping how change is understood, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
It is both a strategic and execution-focused role—requiring the ability to set direction and actively drive the work forward. Success comes from engaging directly in the work, partnering closely with leaders and teams, and ensuring progress translates into real outcomes. The focus is not just on enabling delivery, but on ensuring adoption, building leadership sponsorship, and embedding a culture of Execution Excellence grounded in accountability, transparency, and results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a change strategy that supports GRS priorities and enables delivery of meaningful business outcomes at pace.
- Shape and execute change approaches across multiple transformation programs and reinvention workstreams—balancing consistency with flexibility where needed.
- Partner with sponsors and program leaders to clarify the “why,” “what,” and “how” of change—and build confident sponsorship and advocacy.
- Help build a culture and mindset of Execution Excellence—moving beyond templates to real behavioral change grounded in accountability, transparency, and outcomes.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology, and product—driving shared understanding of change rationale, sequencing, and adoption needs.
- Lead development of multi-channel communications and leader toolkits (e.g., talking points, feedback loops) to engage employees across GRS.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments; translate insights into practical plans for adoption, training, and execution.
- Define adoption and change effectiveness KPIs; monitor progress and course-correct in real time to ensure changes stick.
In this role, success is tangible and visible:
- Leaders are aligned, sponsorship is active, and teams understand what’s changing and why.
- Programs and workstreams have a clear change approach that enables adoption—not just delivery.
- GRS is building repeatable “muscle” for executing change with rigor and accountability—accelerating progress toward our 2030 goals.
Core Competencies & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker + practical executor: can set direction and drive outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity: moves forward when the path isn’t fully defined.
- Culture shaper: can create momentum for mindset/behavior change, not just process change.
- High EQ + resilience: builds trust, handles conflict, and navigates complexity at speed.
- Facilitation + coaching strength: brings leaders and teams along, builds capability, and reinforces accountability
- Servant-leader mindset: collaborative, empowering, and outcomes-oriented.
Why this role is exciting:
- You’ll operate at the center of GRS transformation—working across programs, leaders, and workstreams.
- You’ll help redefine “how we work” in GRS—building a culture of execution excellence and measurable outcomes.
