Assistant Resident Manager I (Parkview on the Park/ Marigold West -1376/1557 )

This position is for a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I to work at Parkview on the Park, and Marigold West in Los Angeles, and West Hollywood, CA. This is an 80-unit and 50-unit PSH, Tax Credit and special needs senior community with 100% layer of sec 8 HA vouchers. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $25.00 -$37.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00-$31.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
