Payroll & HR Specialist (Bilingual Required)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Stone Ground Bakery & Wheat Montana is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City. This role is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing and supporting key HR functions, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide strong support to both employees and leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll and employee records
• Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
• Assist with recruiting and employee relations
• Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to employees

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR and payroll experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred
