• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Compliance of in-house project delivery methodology
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for each project
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Proper change management as per methodology
• Provide adequate update for each project to the stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Structured escalation to management if required
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Minimum Diploma holder (preferably Supply Chain)
• Experience in Project Management / Implementation focused in Warehouse / 3PL Operations for at least 3 years
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in warehousing
• PMP / Prince II certified (preferably)
• Willing to travel (outstation / overseas)
