Serving as first point of escalation and approval for Project Management change control, driving proper documentation and justification for changes.
Maintaining alignment of DSV project approach toolset standards across the assigned team of Project Managers.
Supporting Business Development, Solution Design, and other requesting departments with estimated project timelines and startup cost validation based on specific scope as needed.
