What You�ll Do:
- Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff
- Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention
- Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

What We�re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude
- Passion for working with older adults
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Ability to manage time well

This position is 15-24 hours per week. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm and would be Monday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. The hours for this position can be flexible.
