The Customer Service Credit Risk Specialist manages activities related to the payments from all our customers, in particular: Monitoring the payments flow Managing bank account change SEPA mandate Performing the Cash Collection activity Releasing of Credit notes In compliance with internal policies, managing limit exceeding and executing customers block Performing the Economic and financial evaluation for medium and large Prospects Monitoring Rating deterioration of customers Economic and financial data maintenance Monitoring of the fraud process
