Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers professionally and safely
• Move vehicles between the dealership showroom, service department, storage areas, and pickup locations
• Maintain care and responsibility while operating customer and dealership vehicles
• Drive vehicles through the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
• Run dealership-related errands and off-site tasks when required
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking fluid levels, fueling vehicles, and changing batteries when needed
• Retrieve and organize vehicles from various property locations
• Assist team members and departments as needed
• Cross-train in Service Advisor and Parts Advisor responsibilities with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks
