Test Administrator/Site Coordinator

Responsible for the arrangement, implementation, and documentation of service personnel written tests. Arranges and administers performance tests as needed. Ensures and maintains the confidentiality and integrity of the tests and testing procedures. Provides test takers with results and procedures to be completed prior to hire.

Qualifications:

• WV Professional Administrative Certificate
• Knowledge of service personnel testing and hiring procedures
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations 

Additional Minimum Requirements: 
Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration. 
Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.
Start date: 2026-2027 School Year Only
Salary: Hourly pay at a rate based on the Central Office Extended Year Personnel salary scale, certification, and experience.
