Performance Test Examiner - Secretary and Clerk

Complete matrix for scoring of service personnel performance tests, specifically Secretary and Clerk positions, while maintaining integrity and security of test materials and processes.
Qualifications:

• Currently employed by Hardy County Schools
• Must meet the definition of "qualifications" as defined in W. Va. Code §18A-4-8b with demonstrated competency pursuant to W. Va. Code §18A-4-8e of the state approved competency tests as required in one or both of the performance areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the performance areas
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations 

Additional Minimum Requirements: 
Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration. 
Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.
Start date: 2026-2027 School Year Only
Salary: $25.00/hour - on an as needed basis
