About the role
Do you have a passion for refined service and an eye for detail? As Head Waiter Fine Dining, you ensure perfectly set tables, flawless service, and an unforgettable experience - especially for our VIP guests.
What you will do
- Oversee table settings and the precision of service.
- Serve and guide VIP tables, managing wine and food pairings.
- Provide discreet, attentive, and welcoming service.
- Coordinate with the sommelier and kitchen for seamless execution.
- Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent knowledge of table service and wine presentation.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Experience with VIP service and special dietary requirements.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
