About the role
Do you want to take your service experience to the next level and coach a team? As Head Waiter À la Carte, you are responsible for flawless service in your section and ensuring guests receive a personal and memorable experience.

What you will do

  • Manage your assigned section and coordinate with the kitchen.
  • Handle special requests and dietary requirements from guests.
  • Mentor and guide waiters on service flow and guest interaction.
  • Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and encourage upselling.
  • Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in an à-la-carte restaurant.
  • Extensive menu knowledge and strong upselling skills.
  • Experience training and guiding junior staff.
  • Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
