Head Waiter – All-Day Dining (Fulltime)

About the role
Are you a natural team leader energized by a busy service and happy guests? As Head Waiter for All-Day Dining, you lead the service team during peak hours and ensure every guest is served quickly and courteously.

What you will do

• Lead the service team during buffet peak hours.
• Ensure smooth table turnover and high guest satisfaction.
• Support junior staff and contribute to their training and development.
• Coordinate order flow and the use of POS systems.
• Report to the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
  
  

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or buffet service.
• Able to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and operational workflows.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
