About the role
Are you service-oriented and ready to coach a team to the highest guest satisfaction? As the À la Carte F&B Supervisor, you ensure smooth lunch and dinner service, deliver personalized guest experiences, and help the team perform at its best.

What you will do

  • Oversee lunch and dinner service with a focus on personalized guest experiences.
  • Support the team with menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and service staff.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in an à-la-carte restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of menu engineering and upselling techniques.
  • Excellent guest-focused and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong coaching and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
