About the role:
- The GAA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Global Asset Administration team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of global loan and securities data.
- The role involves team leadership, process governance, issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Reconciliation, Settlements, and Client Services.

What you will be doing:
1.Operational Oversight
- Supervise day-to-day GAA activities, including:
- Maintenance of global loan and securities data (rates, maturities, commitments, payment schedules)
- Processing of global transactions across loans, securities, and liabilities
- Activation/deactivation of facilities and updates to asset-related information
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined SLAs and quality standards
- Monitor daily checklists, workflows, and queue management
2. Team Management & Leadership
- Provide direct supervision to analysts, including:
- Task allocation, prioritization, and workload balance
- Regular quality checks and performance monitoring
- Conduct performance discussions, goal setting, and coaching
- Develop team capability through training and knowledge sharing
- Address performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
3. Quality Control & Risk Management
- Ensure all updates/adjustments are supported with proper documentation
- Perform periodic quality checks and enforce audit controls
- Escalate and resolve high-risk or complex issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and client SLAs
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- 10+ yrs work experience in financial services.
- Proven ability to manage quality and accuracy of deliverables, ensuring timely completion for both self and team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, management, and clients.
- Candidate should be flexible to support business in extended hours.
- Good knowledge in MS-excel.

- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss concerns and issues with other support team.
