Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, integrations, and server infrastructure.
Develop or enhance small scale utilities, scripts, and integration components using .NET languages (C#, VB.NET, or PowerShell).
Assist in maintaining and updating custom BizTalk components or SharePoint add ins developed in .NET.
Implement software patches, upgrades, and vendor-released updates across supported applications.
Improve application stability and performance through proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis.
Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, procedures, and known issues.
Manage application configuration, environment settings, permissions, and access controls.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and apply recommended fixes.
Participate in change management, application lifecycle planning, system upgrades, and integration testing.
Provide technical guidance to business users and help identify opportunities to optimize application usage.
Ensure compliance with internal security standards, audit requirements, and IT policies.
