Back to jobsBachelor's Degree in Statistics is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
Two or more years of statistical experience is required.
Experience with SAS Statistical Software is required: Basic DATA step processing, reporting, the macro facility, and analysis procedures such as MEANS, UNIVARIATE, and GLM.
Experience with SAS Statistical Software features is preferred:
Experience fitting and evaluating general linear mixed-effect statistical models is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and clear decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to select the appropriate statistical analysis to fit the problem and produce relevant results.
Effectively manage time in an environment that demands multi-tasking.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
Job Description
- Advanced DATA step processing techniques (e.g. multidimensional arrays and hash objects), SAS/AF, The SQL procedure, SAS/GRAPH, and mixed modeling statistical procedures such as MIXED and GLIMMIX.
