Design training plans for shop floor personnel and actively participate in onboarding and hands‑on training activities.
Ensure compliance with BWXT change management and Safety Evaluation processes.
Analyze and interpret process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization.
Recommend and implement modifications to improve safety, efficiency, and performance based on data-driven insights.
