Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Process Improvement Analyst to lead operational improvement initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for evaluating existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness, internal controls, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in process analysis, project management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, and opportunities for optimization
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance and Accounting areas
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions and document current-state and future-state workflows
  • Recommend and implement process redesign, standardization, automation, and workflow enhancements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans


Project Leadership

  • Manage multiple process improvement projects from planning through implementation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop project plans, timelines, status updates, and executive summaries
  • Support organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives
  • Assist with change management activities, including training and communication


Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting
  • Analyze process performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
  • Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and identify trends


Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Evaluate operational and financial controls within business processes
  • Partner with Internal Audit and Accounting teams to strengthen compliance and process governance
  • Ensure process documentation and SOPs remain current and standardized


 
Qualifications & preferred skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or project management
  • Experience with process automation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on delivering value.
