Proposal Specialist, Diagnosis & TreatmentJob Description
Drive accurate, compliant service contract proposals by partnering with Service Sales to deliver high-volume preventative maintenance and repair offerings across North America, ensuring adherence to pricing, policy, and process standards while producing timely, proposals with strong attention to detail.
Your role:
Develop standard service agreement proposals (renewals, conversions, equipment-linked services, and pricing quotes) for small to mid-sized customer accounts within defined guidelines and pricing structures.
Review contract requirements, pricing, approvals, and terms to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, escalating non-standard risks as needed.
Validate proposal accuracy, completeness, and entitlement alignment while ensuring outputs are structured for successful downstream execution.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and ensure inputs are complete before proposal development.
Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and responsiveness, while supporting team collaboration, process improvements, documentation, and audit activities.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or proposal development.
Your skills include 2+ years of experience with MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
You have at least a high school diploma.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You thrive while working independently within the parameters of a defined process, but also understand when to escalate. You have excellent communication , interpersonal, and organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $22.00 to $35.00 per hour plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
