Monitors contract performance including customer satisfaction, service delivery quality and timeliness, alignmentof deliverables with contractual obligations and contract profitability, analyzing performance and generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Identifies and implements improvements where feasible.
Supports contract negotiations and revisions, balancing organizational interests with customer needs.
Identifies opportunities for additional sales towards customer.
Education qualification: HND/Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical
