Job Description

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Administer Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Manage Azure environments and cloud-based services.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure performance.
  • Implement security controls including MFA, endpoint protection, patching, and encryption
  • Support compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials / ISO 27001 (advantage).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external vendors.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Document IT processes, SOPs, and system configurations.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
