Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
Manage Azure environments and cloud-based services.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure performance.
Implement security controls including MFA, endpoint protection, patching, and encryption
Support compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials / ISO 27001 (advantage).
Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external vendors.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Document IT processes, SOPs, and system configurations.
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
