Plan, execute, and document installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, including inspections, functional checks, loop testing, and system verification for power plant projects and upgrades.
Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning of Wärtsilä VASA and W32 automation and control systems, including UNIC and WOODWARD platforms, ensuring correct configuration and system reliability.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of Alfa Laval control systems for Lube Oil and Fuel Oil Separators, as well as other associated Alfa Laval equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system faults by interpreting electrical and control drawings, adjusting parameters, replacing defective components, supporting trial runs, and verifying system performance against design and operational requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely technical documentation, including service reports, procedures, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, maintenance strategies, and inputs to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support reliability and availability improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, identifying recurring issues, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure full compliance with Wärtsilä Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) requirements, site safety rules, and applicable regulatory standards during all work activities.
Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders by providing technical support, clear reporting, and timely updates to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure effective execution of work, knowledge sharing, and alignment with operational objectives.
Carry out other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support operational reliability, project execution, and business requirements.
