Catering Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, coordinate events, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff during events. Ensure events are executed according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO). 

- Assign staff responsibilities and manage service flow throughout events. Oversee event setup, service execution, and breakdown. - Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve guest concerns or service issues during events.

- Assist with training staff and reinforcing service standards. Enforce department policies related to attendance, uniform, and conduct. 

- Communicate event updates and operational needs with management and kitchen teams. 

- Oversee all closing responsibilities such as tear down, end of night restocking and replenishment of Banquet product and goods. - Support Banquet Manager with over all Event Operations and Administration such as end of night billing and scheduling. 

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards 


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations

- Organizational skills with attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus


20-30hrs per week
