As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Inspector, you’ll help lead our housekeeping team while ensuring every room, cabin, and guest space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for unforgettable lake memories. What You’ll Do
- Inspect guest rooms, cabins, and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards
- Support and motivate housekeeping team members throughout daily operations
- Help coordinate room assignments and daily priorities
- Ensure guest requests are handled quickly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and resort presentation standards
- Assist with training and coaching team members
