Breakfast Attendant and Cook

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their breakfast experience

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas

- Monitor and manage food inventory, notifying management of supply needs

- Assist with setting up and breaking down breakfast service areas

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation during breakfast hours


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook or breakfast attendant preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Basic culinary skills and familiarity with breakfast menu items
