Lab Superintendent

The Laboratory Superintendent is responsible for developing and maintaining laboratory technicians, laboratory policies and procedures, and daily lab operations. They are responsible for managing lab testing, controls charts, lab control samples, and proficiency testing to ensure on-time and accurate results reporting. Develops laboratory team in Tier and Training Programs or onboarding and continued learnings with updated content and engagement. Manages Testing Control plans and updates related systems, documents, and training to ensure accuracy and adherence. Accountable to ensure all safety and procedural trainings are up to date and the lab’s adherence to defined programs, as well as aims to continuously improve the programs.
