Job Description

  • Contribute to the implementation and coordination of compliance and upgrade related work that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
  • Follow instructions to prepare project reports and documentation effectively and efficiently for Manager(s), Quality Assurance Officers, project officers and key stakeholders to communicate a range of matters related to compliance and upgrade works, and deliver project progress information, reports, commentary and solutions to compliance project issues in a manner that contributes to positive relationship maintenance and supports an ongoing effective and efficient working environment.
  • Develop, manage and maintain large property databases and spreadsheets related to the compliance and upgrade programs and continually update the project statuses in a systematic and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with the other key internal and external stakeholders such as building contractors in regard to the non-access issues related to the compliance and upgrade programs. Participate and provide input to research and project-driven assistance and support for auditing processes, plans and procedures to contribute to enhanced practice and continuous improvement.
  • Provide project information, support, identification and notification of issues/complaints and report as needed on process awareness to assist the compliance and upgrade team(s) to work effectively with new suppliers, contractors and consultants as required to ensure client satisfaction, timeliness and efficiency in project delivery and implementation.
  • Provide assistance to the Managers, Project Managers and Project Officers within the compliance and upgrade teams in order to create new vendors, raise purchase orders and collate and process invoices accurately using the LAHC financial systems and processes within the strict timeframes.
  • Draw and provide accurate reports on the financial and physical status of the compliance and upgrade programs using the corporate systems. Accurately complete particular aspects of projects and implementation to ensure successful project milestones are met.
  • Participate in collaborative team discussions to capture, report and document advice and feedback on audits, project outcomes, solutions and project progress related to the programs delivered by LAHC and as requested by manager(s), and participate in the training programs to enhance and continuously improve the operational knowledge of new and improved systems and technology.
