Program Compliance Analyst

Huntsville, AL or Tampa, FL - Onsite

Position Summary:

The Program Compliance Analyst ensures contract compliance by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contract compliance across all program tasks, ensuring adherence to PWS requirements and performance standards.
  • Track and manage contract deliverables including CDRLs, required reports, and data calls to ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain compliance matrices and evidence tracking documentation to support audit readiness and inspections.
  • Align program SOPs and operational processes with applicable contract requirements and government standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and government reviews by preparing compliance evidence packages.
  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to program leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Manager and PMO staff to ensure performance standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare and distribute compliance status reports to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract compliance, quality assurance, or program management support within a federal contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining compliance matrices, tracking deliverables, and supporting audit activities.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to interpret contract language and translate requirements into operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):

  • Experience supporting DOJ, ATF, or other federal law enforcement agency contracts.
  • Familiarity with QASP/CPARS evaluation processes and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Experience with ISO 17020 or other quality management standards.
