Process Administrative Specialist II

Position Summary:
Supports PMO operations by development and maintaining SOPs, process flows, and standardized administrative workflows. This role focuses on process documentation, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient, consistent, and well-documented program operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PMO administrative and operational functions.
- Create and manage process flow documentation for key program workflows.
- Lead change management and version control activities for PMO documentation.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative processes.
- Drive standardization of administrative practices across all PMO functions.
- Coordinate with program staff to capture and document current state processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a centralized SOP library and ensure documentation remains current and accessible.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in process documentation, administrative operations, or program support within a federal contracting environment.
- Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint).
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
- Experience maintaining documentation in SharePoint or a similar document management platform
