Project Manager (Crime Gun Intelligence Field Support)

Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager (PjM) serves as the Supervisor for all Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) contractor personnel working under this contract and provides program management, oversight and assistance.
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned contractor employees.
- Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
- Assisting in providing replacement personnel.
- Conducting meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and any other necessary government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
- Assisting all other assigned contractor staff to accomplish their duties in work overload situations.
- Ensuring that contractor staff has the tools and competencies necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
- Ensuring sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place for the CGI contractors to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or possession of an equivalent combination of formal education and professional work experience related to this position (with prior approval from ATF).
- Minimum of six years, however more than eight years of recent experience commensurate with the job experience is preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):
- Prior experience supporting ATF, DOJ, or law enforcement agency operations.
- Familiarity with NIBIN, ballistics identification, or forensic support services.
