Responsibilities
- Explore, design, and operationalise new business models and distribution channels to expand reach of traveller and global connectivity offerings (e.g. roaming, travel SIMs/eSIMs, IDD).
- Establish, develop, and manage a strategic ecosystem of partners (e.g. airlines, OTAs, travel platforms, payment providers, telcos, technology partners) to enrich and differentiate offerings.
- Own and deliver revenue and growth KPIs for new channels and partnership-led initiatives, including contribution to Global Connectivity revenue targets.
- Lead strategic growth projects within the Global Connectivity roadmap, from ideation through launch, scaling, and optimisation.
- Develop business cases, commercial frameworks, and partnership models with clear ROI and growth potential.
- Work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are executable, scalable, and compliant.
- Track performance of new initiatives against agreed KPIs (e.g. revenue, active users, attach rates, partner contribution) and drive optimisation.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members and cross-functional squads delivering growth initiatives.
