Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Quality suchen wir einen Continuous Improvement Leader (m/w/d).
Die Position ist im Werk Bodelshausen angesiedelt und berichtet direkt an die Werksleitung. Lokale Präsenz vor Ort und Sprachkenntnisse sind wichtig, um die Kernaufgaben zu erfüllen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Sie treiben den Kulturwandel am Standort aktiv voran, indem Sie Mitarbeitende für die Lean-Philosophie begeistern und sensibilisieren. Dabei unterstützen Sie durch gezielte Schulungen und Coachings (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, Problemlösungstechniken).
- Sie analysieren Produktionsprozesse mit dem Ziel, Qualität und Effizienz zu steigern sowie Kosten nachhaltig zu reduzieren.
- Sie führen neue Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ein und entwickeln bestehende Ansätze kontinuierlich weiter.
- Sie koordinieren Maßnahmen aus Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen und stellen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung operativer Projekte sicher.
- Sie planen, koordinieren und begleiten Lean-Maturity-Assessments am Standort.
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Engineering, Chemie, Produktion, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsindustrie oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Six Sigma sowie gängigen Methoden (z. B. 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED).
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (z. B. Lean, Kaizen, Projektmanagement).
- Nachgewiesene Projektmanagementerfahrung, idealerweise in der Prozessindustrie.
- Erfahrung in matrixorganisierten Unternehmen von Vorteil.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung aus.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und überzeugend über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und setzen Prioritäten effektiv.
