Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Incentive plan
Annual bonus: 15% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)As part of our commitment to Win As A Team, we share our success with employees through our incentive programs and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – with BrokerLink matching a portion of your contributions.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for a Regional Leader, Personal Insurance to join our Southern Ontario teams at BrokerLink!
The ideal candidate brings P&C insurance experience and a proven record of delivering results. You inspire frontline leaders to drive growth, retention, and sales with their teams. You are a strategic planner and aren’t afraid to think outside the box to engage teams in achieving business goals.
If you have a track record of leading teams across multiple locations in a hybrid environment, we want to meet you.
This role oversees branches across the Southern Ontario region; frequent regional travel is therefore required.
What you’ll do here:
- Build and lead a highly engaged team while driving growth and delivering a second-to-none customer experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop our Personal Insurance Branch Managers, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and proactively managing succession plans.
- Partner with senior management to develop business strategies that deliver outperformance. Implement and execute these plans by leveraging managers’ talents and skill sets through strong regional collaboration.
- Drive growth and brand awareness in your territory by leading the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and execute Engagement Action Plans. Motivate staff to support company objectives and keep them informed of changes and new directions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners.
- Ensure service quality meets expected standards. Evaluate the customer experience and implement tools and programs to enhance it.
- Analyze and resolve service and sales issues, and follow up with clients on escalated concerns as required.
- Manage projects and initiatives outside day-to-day responsibilities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee recruiting and staffing for our insurance teams.
What you bring to the table:
- Valid RIBO license required; insurance designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or AIIC) an asset.
- Minimum 5–8 years of P&C insurance industry experience.
- 3–5 years of management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to generate team commitment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups, and to build relationships grounded in trust.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions that maximize organizational performance, set strategic direction, and guide execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities; strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
- Solid track record of leading highly engaged, multi-site teams in a hybrid environment.
- Results-driven in improving the internal and external customer experience.
