
Creative Director - Remote Position
Job Description
The Creative Director will lead and integrate Bethany’s content and creative design functions to ensure a unified, high‑quality brand expression across all channels. This role provides strategic oversight of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling, translating organizational priorities into compelling, results‑driven creative work that drives engagement and action. The Creative Director will unify the development of written and visual content across digital, print, video, and emerging channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all audiences and platforms. This position collaborates closely with Communications, Marketing, and organizational leadership to align creative work with strategic priorities, audience insights, and performance goals.
