The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic, trusted partner to Bethany site leaders, driving business-focused HR solutions. This role requires broad HR expertise, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and solid knowledge of employment law. The HRBP evolves and delivers core HR practices to support high employee engagement and helps cultivate Bethany’s culture. They also coach and advise leaders at all levels on HR best practices and ensure accurate interpretation and adherence to the Employee Handbook and related policies.
