Job Description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to plan, develop, and implement a wide variety of marketing projects in a fast-paced work environment. This role works with internal and external customers to develop advertising schedules, coordinate marketing channels inclusive of digital, traditional, social media, special events, and write marketing copy.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Assists in the development of annual strategic marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media strategies, with primary emphasis on hiring/recruitment strategy for Mexico.
  • Supports the marketing managers in evaluating marketing efforts, particularly social media performance metrics, to optimize recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
  • Executes the implementation of projects, advertisement placements, and media schedules, with an emphasis on social media platforms, coordinating deliverables with the Texas-based design and digital teams.
  • Develops and manages social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels, with concepts approved by the FIG Marketing Director and aligned with HR prior to publishing.
  • Produces proposals and budgets for special events including requirements for locations, lodging, meeting facilities, technology, media, security, and related activities, including on-site Mexico events and coordination for content capture.
  • Edits and oversees printing of marketing/communications materials, including recruiting-related assets that require HR alignment.
  • Follows-up initial concepts for sales and marketing collateral, advertising, and special events; and monitors and evaluates production schedules, inventory, and supplier/vendor relationships, including local Mexico photography/video coordination and organizing content shoots.
  • Provides various administrative support functions, including stakeholder coordination across Mexico and the U.S. marketing team, with potential growth into FIG product campaign support beyond Mexico.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • At least two (2) years in marketing, communication activities, or related experience, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Working knowledge in editing articles, developing slide and/or computer presentations, and creating audio-video presentations.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a wide range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of graphic layout and photographic requirements and procedures.
  • Able to operate office equipment including a copy machine, fax, and binding machine, computer and all appropriate printers.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Internet, Desktop Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud products is a plus.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time while executing computer graphic applications, creating, reviewing, or delivering media communications, and other marketing materials.
