Business Specialist
Fort Lee, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days in office / 3 remote)

👀 What Is This Program?
This is not your average entry-level role.
Our Business Specialist Rotational Program gives you exposure to multiple teams across the company so you can:
Learn how a high-growth digital marketing company works
Build real, transferable business skills
Work on projects that impact revenue and customer experience
Discover where your strengths and interests align
You’ll rotate through 2–3 teams before landing in a longer-term role that fits both you and the business.

You could spend time on:
📊 Data Analytics
Work with analysts and data scientists to uncover trends, improve performance, and help teams make smarter decisions.
🎯 Marketing
Support creative strategy, media buying, and campaign performance across multiple brands and channels.
🤝 Account / Client Strategy
Partner with major insurance carriers, analyze performance data, and help strengthen key relationships.
⚙️ Operations
Learn how systems, processes, and technology work together to keep everything running smoothly.
💬 Member Experience
Analyze customer feedback and behavior to improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
Translation: You won’t be siloed. You’ll understand the full ecosystem.

🎓 What You’ll Need
Graduating senior (May 2026) or recent graduate
Interest in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or Accounting
Strong communication skills (clear, confident, thoughtful)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines without spiraling
Attention to detail (because details matter here)
Comfort with Excel — or excitement to level up quickly

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation being offered for this role is $58,000 to $62,000 USD per year based on upon experience.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
